where I believe that Dracula is the sire of D, both as his father and vampire master.....
in which, D is soon welcomed into the darkness upon the death of his mother by his greiving father. In this instance its soon after D is bitten and he is now receiving blood from his father Dracula...
and I think that D would drink his fathers blood because, Like ann rice, interview with a vampire, and other works I've read, I think to become a full-fledged vampire you have to be bitten and receive blood.. (ps. a servant would only be a zombie or weak leveled vampire if only bitten, in my opinion)
so at the moment D is drinking his fathers blood in this rite, which I think would be euphoric and addicting like a drug (ie. opium) and is very susceptable to the flesh!

Dracula is perfect too, except I want to move the irises just a titch so they're looking at the viewer... other than that, damn. You are amazing at drawing hair too O_o
